Styrene monomer is a thinner used in gelcoats and resins to help with application. When used with resins and gelcoats, it is the prefered thinner/reducer versus acetone because it does not cause gelcoat to yellow. NOTE: In general, do not thin resin or gelcoat more than 10%. This product is highly recommended by everyone.
