S-76 Tack Coat Primer is a specialized anti-corrosive primer designed for use on properly prepared steel, aluminum, or galvanized steel surfaces. It is specifically engineered for underwater metal surfaces, including hulls, running gear, and lower units of outboards and inboard/outboard systems. S-76 provides an exceptional protective barrier, significantly reducing the risk of pitting caused by galvanic corrosion.
For optimal performance, it should be applied in conjunction with another primer, such as Tuff Stuff, before the application of antifoulant or topcoat.

Shawkocon is a versatile, fast-drying anti-corrosive primer designed for below-the-waterline applications. With its superior physical properties and excellent adhesion, it serves as an easy-to-use, multi-functional solution for various marine needs.
Conversion/Sealer Coating: Ideal for use over Sea Hawk Biocop TBT 1200 Series antifouling or any well-adhered, unknown antifouling paint, it prevents cracking and enhances the adhesion of new antifouling layers.
Barrier/Sealer Coating: Acts as a reliable barrier over incompatible or unknown antifoulants, effectively preventing leaching.
Corrosion Protection: Provides an exceptional barrier against galvanic corrosion, reducing pitting on underwater metals such as running gear, lower units of outboards, keels, pontoons, and I/O systems.
Color Bleed Prevention: Effectively prevents the bleeding of color from underlying antifouling paints, ensuring a clean, professional finish.

Tuff StuffΒ is a two-part epoxy primer with an incredibly high build that cures quickly, allowing for the application of a full barrier system and bottom paint in just two days. Using microsheet silicate technology, a 100% water barrier is created by millions of microscopic sheets overlapping and covering the surface to prevent moisture and water infiltration.
Due to its resistance to both water and oil, Tuff Stuff works incredibly well as a bilge covering or for preventing blisters on fibreglass. It can be used as a universal primer to prime any metal and to prevent corrosion on the majority of metals below the waterline. To stop water from migrating directly, Tuff Stuff forms an overlapping barrier.
6-7.5 mils dry film thickness is the typical film thickness (spray)(DFT) per application, with a wet film thickness (WFT) of 11.5β14.5 mils for a smoother finish.
Film thickness on a roller should be between 3.6 and 4.2 mils for each coat of dry film and between 7.0 and 8.0 mils for a smoother finish.
2-4 coats are advised, depending on the intended use.
Use as a barrier layer over unblistered fibreglass and as a repair coat over blistered fibreglass.
provides corrosion protection for metals both above and below the waterline, such as lead, cast iron, bronze, stainless steel, and aluminium.
Excellent for priming through-hulls, lower units, trim tabs, keels, propellers, shafts, and shafts.
The strongest epoxy fewer coatings are required
Tougher with a longer window between coats Easy to use items
decreased labour and quicker haul out.
