Bio Cleaner

Resene Bio-Cleaner is a biodegradable cleaning solution designed to prepare surfaces for painting and to maintain the appearance of homes and buildings. Formulated with eugenol—the active ingredient in clove oil—Resene Bio-Cleaner effectively removes dirt, grease, mould, and other contaminants, while also inhibiting mould and fungal regrowth.

Recommended Uses:

Application Instructions:

1. Dilution: Mix one part Resene Bio-Cleaner with three parts cold tap water.

2. Safety Precautions: Wear appropriate protective clothing, including gloves, eye protection, and suitable footwear.

    

3. Cleaning: Use a nylon bristle broom or a short, hard bristle scrubbing brush to scrub the surface, removing dirt, grease, mould, and loose flaking paint.

    

4. Rinsing: Rinse the cleaned area thoroughly with clean water.

• Coverage: Approximately 10–20 square meters per litre per coat.
