Designed for deep‑sea vessels and maintenance dry‑dock applications, International Intersmooth 7460HS SPC is a single‑pack, high‑solids antifouling paint that delivers low friction and predictable self‑polishing performance.

Key Features & Benefits:

• Self‑Polishing Copolymer (SPC) system using patented copper‑acrylate technology

• High Volume Solids: ~54 % ± 2 %, reducing VOC emissions (~425 g/L EPA 24; 226 g/kg EU)

• Efficient Coating Scheme: Typical dry film thickness 125 µm (231 µm wet), two‑coat systems possible for 60‑month dry‑dock cycles 

• Wide Temperature Range: Applies and overcoats from –5 °C; flooding time ~10 hrs @ 25 °C single coat, ~14 hrs multiple coats 

• Reduced Downtime & Emissions: High hold‑up means fewer coats, less overspray & smooth surface finish 

• IMO AFS 2001 Compliant & TBT‑Free with approval from major classification societies 

Application & Compatibility:

• Preparation: Must be applied over a compatible primer; substrate must be cleaned (SSPC‑SP1), repaired to Sa2½ for steel, and fully dry

• Methods: Airless spray (recommended tip 0.54–0.8 mm @ ≥2700 psi), brush or roller (for small areas) 

• Cleaner/Thinner: GTA007 for cleanup; thinning only under > 5 % in extreme conditions
