Each triangular PSG grain is engineered through microreplication to ensure a consistent, ultra-sharp edge that cuts cleanly and efficiently. These grains are electrostatically oriented on the abrasive surface for optimal cutting action and uniform wear.

As the disc is used, the PSG self-fractures, continuously exposing fresh cutting edges to maintain performance and extend abrasive life.
