    Office Administrator & Book Keeper

    Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator & Bookkeeper. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office, combining administrative responsibilities with bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, along with a keen eye for accuracy in financial record-keeping.


    Office Administration:

    1. Front counter management:

      • Greet customers, process transactions and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
      • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and mail.
    2. General Administrative Support:

      • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
      • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
      • Handle general clerical tasks, including filing and data entry.
    3. Bookkeeping:

      • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
      • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
      • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
    4. Financial Reporting:

      • Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
      • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
    5. Payroll Administration:

      • Process payroll accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.
      • Maintain employee records related to payroll.


    • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Bookkeeper.
    • Proficiency in bookkeeping software preferably QuickBooks.
    • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial tasks.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

    Education and Experience:

    • A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential. 
    • Previous experience in office administration and bookkeeping roles of at least 6 months to a year. 

    Working Hours: Working hours are flexible and can be discussed during the interview process. Our preference is during our normal working hours.
